Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Thoughts in Springs [open]

The cloak that she wore was kept tight around her from the journey from the front desk and up the stairs. From within the confines of the hood she look around for signs others and ears open to sounds. Whether or not she heard the two who had arrived at the front desk after she left was unsure, as she made no reference to it. 'Ellisande' was focused on getting to her destination.

It did not take her long to find room number 303 and she let out a small sigh as she opened the door and stepped in. The room was small, just as the inn keeper had said, but the size of it didn't matter, all she wanted was a place to rest and here it was. As a bonus, the place was quiet and smelled clean. Admittedly, not everyplace she had gone to had smelled all to well - she likely didn't smell as good as the room did, now that she though about it. All the more reason why she wanted to keep herself cover while she had been at the desk.

A few moments were spared for her to lay down upon her stomach on the bed, the sheets were inviting and she would have fallen asleep if having a bath had not been on her mind. Wile the room had a shower, she was still in love with the idea of a hot spring. Perhaps she could even wash what she had of her clothes there as well, they were all she had to wear at the moment and they could at least be clean.

'Ellisande' went to the small shower in her room and gathered soap and towel and left room 303. She was told that the hot spring was in the 'back' and while she had assumed that meant on the first floor, she could never be to sure. While she couldn't remember what she was, or who, she did notice her sense of smell was a over average and she used it now to locate the hot spring. 'Ellisande' walked slowly, but efficiently, through the halls of the Inn, keeping her head down within the cloak and staying to herself to avoid any confrontations. She felt, jumpy, at the thought of being around others and hoped that the feeling would pass after she was clean.

She didn't see anyone else at the spring and wasted no time in peeling off her clothes - those she kept with her while the cloak was folded carefully and set out of the way. A foot cautiously tested the water, expecting it to be hot, but she didn't feel anything. She knew it was hot - the tendrils of smoke rising from the water and the scent - but she couldn't feel the heat. This realization made her frown. What's wrong with me, she thought, and the frown on her face deepened. Nevertheless she decided to look at it positively and walked right into the spring and sat down, her torn clothes to her chest.

Able to feel the heat of the water or not,it was still refreshing and she could feel the grim pulling off of her. 'Ellisande' scooted down in the water as far as she could, leaning back and covering all but her mouth, noses and eyes in the water.

She was here, where the voice had lead her. So many things that still needed to be answered. So many things left to figure out.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Employees of the Goddess Tue Dec 18, 2012 2:55 am

The hot springs were divided by sex. Males in one side, females in the other. Be it luck or instinct, the woman had managed to enter the female half of the warm bath. Lucky for her as there was a very nude Native American male in the other side. Separated by a wall of natural makings, he did not see her, nor her he. If she had, she would have noticed the color of his skin being that of a dark tan with an undertone of red. His long black hair that reflects shades of the deepest blues in the sun light would look nothing but pure blackness in the dark.

Keven had come down to the hot springs after his shift in the kitchen. He was soaking in the comfort of the water as he worked on an assignment from the man in charge. But as he got lost in his thoughts, he had began to drift off to sleep. His body was muscular, yet he carried a little extra weight around the middle. No where near enough to be called fat, but he lacked the body builder look that some of the other men possessed. This made him a little more buoyant than some others.

The underwater perch he was seated upon was quite stable and comfortable. Making it all the easier for Keven to doze. But as his body relaxed into slumber, he began to float up from the seat. His body automatically spread out as he slid away from the wall. The water lapped against his body as he floated, lulling him into false sense of comfort.

Thinking he was asleep in his bed, Keven moved to roll over. The water wetting his face and slipping into the nostrils of his nose startled him awake. With a sudden awareness that he was not in his bed, yet no memory of where he was, Keven began to flail about.
"What the ..." Words uttered in surprise as he began to drown.

After a brief moment, Keven came to the realization of where he was. He stopped flailing and moved his arms so as to propel himself slowly back to the waters edge. Once there, he seated himself once more upon the perch he had chosen to sit and think upon. Only then did he hear the slightest movement of water on the female side. Curious, he listened for sounds to give him evidence of who was there. For there were very few about the Inn at present.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Ryanna Thu Dec 20, 2012 11:28 pm

'Ellisande' dreamed while she laid there in the warm water of the hot spring. In her mind she saw flashing images of a fight, then a bar, there was a ballroom, and a man with wings, and more. But anything she saw, she wasn't able to discern as overlaid on everything was blood and eyes of a wolf. No emotions were attached to any of the images, and some that she saw had disturbed her so that 'Ellisande' shifted and started to whimper in anguish. It was possible that she would have drifted further into those dreams if the sound on the other side of the divider had not startled her out if it.

She woke with a frantic yelp, gripping the clothes she had brought with her to her chest. Having thought that she was alone here, knowing that someone was there was surprising and a bit scary. It sounded like someone was drowning? But the sound stopped so suddenly, perhaps she had imagined it?

"Hello?" She asked cautiously, looking about her and then at what divided the two sides of the spring. 'Ellisande wiped a hand down her face to clear her eyes of the water and hair. "Is...is anyone there?" It was possible that she had imagined it, or maybe it was an extension of her dreams and the sound was all in her head?

There was a variation of smells at the springs from people who had been there prior, and that of the water itself, and she couldn't separate them from each other. If she had been in her right mind this task would have been easy, but she didn't know herself as De'Ryanna Aybara, but 'Ellisande', and this girl didn't know how to use that talent efficiently. One thing she could do well, was listen, so she focused to see what was there, and there was something.

'Ellisande' pulled herself out of the spring, holding the wet clothes to her chest with her left hand; the fabric doing nothing to hide the girls form. "Are you in need of assistance?" Approaching the divider she squatted down, knees to chest and balanced perfectly on the balls of her feet. "I'm not going to hurt you," 'Ellisande' added in, thinking that a warning may be necessary. She had been startled and perhaps whomever was on the other side may be too.

Though she was wet and no longer in the water, 'Ellisande' wasn't cold, if she were then her cloak would not have been left sitting neatly folded neatly not to far away.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Keven heard nothing at first. He thought he had perhaps imagined the sound of water moving on the other side. If not imagined, it could have been a bird or other manner of beast, though that was doubtful. So he slid from his perch and slipped under the water to wet his hair and to warm it as it had started to cool.

Being momentarily under the water was what had kept him from hearing the first words from the woman on the other side. It was only when he emerged from the water that he heard a woman's voice. He was being asked if he was in need of assistance. That voice. "No, I am fine thank you." There was something in that voice.

She wasn't going to hurt him, well that was reassuring. Especially considering he now recognized the female voice. "I should hope not. I think hurting one of The Goddess' employees without just cause might upset your father a touch." He chuckled, it was after all and attempt at humor.

He sailed over to the water's edge. He thought that perhaps she might not recognize him by voice as he had her. "It's Keven. What brings you to this neck of the woods Miss Aybara?" He hadn't expected to find her up here at the Starry Myst Inn. He hadn't seen her since they had moved out of the Tel'Ranaemyn Inn.

Keven debated getting out of the water and getting his towel or just staying in the warm water. He opted for staying in the water for now. If she wished to talk, he would leave the warm pool to meet with her outside of the springs. If she passed the wall, she would see him in all his glory, well the back of him at least. He was leaning against the side facing the wall.

He could almost see around the barrier, which told him that she was in the same state of undress as he, or at least she appeared to be. Pretty much all he could see was her leg, and not even all of it, just enough to know that she wasn't wearing one of her skirts. And knowing how modest she was, he figured she would stay on the female side of the barrier. But if she wondered to the male side, perhaps it would be he whom got the eye full. Hopefully, she knew not to come to the male side. He wouldn't want her to get in trouble for breaking the rules.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Ryanna Sun Dec 23, 2012 12:38 pm

The one on the other side was male! This sudden realization nearly made 'Ellisande' recoil, but she didn't, even if she did coil into herself. Of course there was a male here, why wouldn't there be? There had been no sign saying it was female only - if there were she must have missed it. 'Ellisande' was likely more startled that she had come across another person after the quiet of the hallways.

She listened for signs of the other person moving out if the water, if they were going to come in her direction then she didn't want to be caught off guard. He started talking and what he said was confusing. 'Ellisande' leaned in closer to the wall. “I'm sorry, what was that?” She asked in confusion. “I didn't know this was a holy place, only an inn.” At least that is what the front desk and the business there made it out to be.

This whole place could be an elaborate temple that people could rest in during the time that they wanted to reach the god. Or it simply doubled as an inn to make a bit more money in the side. Something like that wasn't entirely unheard of, right?

“Although, I think you may have me confused for someone else Keven. This, Miss Aybara you said?” 'Ellisande' said, ringing out a portion of her hair while continuing. “Is her father looking for her?”

She squeezed her eyes shut as there was suddenly a wash of dizzying, blurry, images that whizzed through her head. It was almost enough to make the poor girl fall over, even so, 'Ellisande' reached out to place a steadying hand against the dividing wall. It felt like there was something she was suppose to remember. Subconsciously she was taking in deep breaths and had her other hand pressed aside her head. This did mean that the wet clothes she had been holding on to fell off to the side.

"I haven't seen many about this place as yet, but if you tell me what she looks like I will do my best." She said, though her speech sounded a trifle labored, it had to be due to the sudden headache. Perhaps she should get back in the water.

'Ellisande' dismissed that thought, took in a deep breath and straightened her shoulders.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Keven grinned when he heard her mention a holy place. "No, not a holy place, just an Inn. I know you don't like her, but you couldn't have forgotten about her completely, could you?" Who could ever forget Venis Jordianthan? He chuckled and shook his head at the thought.

Hearing that he might have her confused with someone else, Keven turned around and put his hands behind him on the side of the spring. He pushed up with his arms so that he was out of the water and sitting on the side. His feet remained in the pool as he leaned back to peek around the wall. What he saw was a very naked, squatted down, apparently in distress, leaning a hand against the divider, other hand pressed to her head, De'Ryanna Aybara.

"Whoa!" He quickly slid back into the water so he could no longer lay eyes upon the beauty that he had just witnessed. After all, he couldn't help but see everything as it was displayed before him. "Um, no, not the wrong woman. And I don't think your father is looking for you." He was wondering what was going on now.

Her next words made even less sense. "Um, you wanna know what she looks like, look in the mirror. Because if you aren't the woman I speak of, you are her doppelganger." He thought about how she was leaning against the wall and holding her head. Maybe, something was wrong? "Um, are you alright? There's two healers on site if you need help. Miss Tasha and Lady Casandra." Knowing that she should recognize both names as she should have recognized his, he crossed his fingers.

Suddenly Keven had an epiphany. "Are you here incognito? I mean, if you're hiding from someone, or something. I won't speak of your being here if that's the case." He was debating calling over to the Wolf's Head Tavern to see if Gawain was about. He didn't have Gawain's cell number, wasn't even sure if Gawain had a cell. That wasn't information for employees to be privy to. Well, other than Manny. But calling the Tavern should be fine for getting a message to him. If he needed to get a message to him that was.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Ryanna Wed Dec 26, 2012 2:13 am

There were quite a few things that rested outside of her consciousness; unable to access them was only causing frustration. Because of this, she had missed the sound of Keven pulling out of the water until after he had already seen her and had retreated back into the water. Perhaps he would have noticed the branding of a chain that wrapped around the lower part of her waist. It was not large, two inches tall, and went all the way around.

'Ellisande' looked at the place he had retreated to ad placed both of her hands upon the ground and raised up slightly on her toes, the right knee coming up to make the perfect stance to pounce. She had gotten into this pose subconsciously and had even started to growl. It lasted probably a minute before she realized what she was doing and stopped, straightening back up and in a bit of shock at her actions. At lest Keven hadn't seen it, even if he may have heard the growling.

"I am not anyone's doppelgänger." There was an underlay of heat in those words, unintentional perhaps, but there nonetheless. However, being that there were currently giant gaps in her memory, who was to say that Keven was wrong? “But I do not know those people.”

Venis, Casandra, Tasha, when she thought about these names she could tell that something was wrong. They hit a wall in her mind; they were people she should know, but couldn't recall a thing about. Once again, something just outside her remembrance. At least now she knew something of Venis, she was a goddess. This wasn't a fact that sat well with her.

Keven thought that he was right about her being this other person. “Why would this girl, who you think I am, be running from someone?” Perhaps she could get a bit of information from him about this girl, that would be the right thing to do, but a well of nerves started boiling in her stomach.

Keeping low she went to her cloak and put it on, securing the clasp before going over to the wet bundle she had dropped. 'Ellisande' had intended to hand scrub what was there of her clothes while she was in the springs, but she would do it in the small shower that was in her room instead. She knelt down on her side of the spring and began to roll her clothes into a tight and short roll. This would help squeeze the water out as well.

“Cannot be very likable if she is in hiding,” 'Ellisande' said over her shoulder. The clothes were tucked inside of her cloak and she put on her slipper-shoes. “Perhaps I shall return when the water isn't so suspicious.”

She started walking out and got halfway there before she stopped. “That felt familiar...” Whether it was the attitude that came from her, or it was the words, it made her stop. “Hmm.”

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Keven had not seen the scar that surrounded the woman's waist. He was male. When a naked woman is in his sight, other things tend to draw the eyes. And in this case, they were very nice things indeed.

He heard the growl, he also heard her tone, and he knew what it all meant. De'Ryanna was pissed. Keven did not want to provoke her any more than he already had. He knew who and what she was. To anger her would be almost as bad as angering Venis. That was why his response was so timid. "Yes ma'am, whatever you say." He knew when to use his manners.

Keven swallowed hard before he answered her next question. "I'm not sure, perhaps someone was trying to hurt you, I mean, her. Or maybe there was ... I don't know. Sometimes things like that just happen." He was getting rather flustered. She was making him very nervous.

Hearing what else De'Ryanna ... He was absolutely sure it was De'Ryanna after the growl and the tone ... After hearing what else she had to say, all Keven could do was breathe a sigh of relief. He was glad that she was going to leave. Though he wasn't sure why she said the water was suspicious. Though, the likable part was up for debate. She could be likable, sometimes. Most of the time, well, when she was angry, not so much.

Keven was just getting ready to add that he could send someone to pick up her laundry when she spoke again. Though it seemed she was speaking more to herself than to him. So he left it alone. He would let them know that she had dirty laundry when he went back in. Which wasn't going to be for a little while now. He had some new stress to let the hot water work out of his muscles.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Ryanna Sun Jan 06, 2013 12:34 pm

Swift footsteps didn’t take her out of the door, but back towards the section that divided her from the male voice on the other side. What he had said about being hurt seemed a likely possibility considering the state of her clothes. What if she was this person and she had been attacked and that is why the clothing she wore was in rags? Parts of it were too dirty to determine if they were blood stains, however, she may have been able to pick up on it if they were. Aside from that, there wasn’t a scratch, or bruise, on her that she could see. Even the earlier prick on her finger was now non-existent.

“Sometimes things like that just happen.” That is what he had said and she had no reason to doubt it, even if she couldn’t remember any time in her life where she had been randomly attacked.

The ball of clothes held tightly to her chest under the cloak, ‘Ellisande’ chanced a peek around to the other side of the divider, consciously aware that the male was likely unclothed, but hoping that he was under the water.

“Keven?” She asked softly. As she tapped a toe against the ground she realized that she had forgotten to put on her shoes, they were still resting where the cloak had been. “Are there any here who would want to hurt this miss Aybara?” Feeling that it was quite a logical question to ask, especially if things ‘just happen’.

‘Ellisande’ hoped that the voice she that had lead her here wouldn’t have done so only to have her attacked by enemies unseen.

“Is Aybara the first name?” It could have been either or. “If people are after her, and you say I am her, I would like to know of it.” A paranoid person would think that Keven could be someone out to hurt her, but his hesitant actions dismissed that thought.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Employees of the Goddess Mon Jan 07, 2013 2:18 am

Keven, thinking that De'Ryanna was heading back to her room, leaned back and gently pushed away from the wall of the spring. He floated on his back lazily towards the perch he had previously occupied. He had never been so nervous around her before. But her insistence that he was wrong and that she was not who he thought she was had him rather up in arms. The water was so relaxing, even as it lapped at his face from the sides. But he knew to stay alert this time, not fall asleep again. He had nearly drown when he did that earlier.

Had he not been floating there, letting the hot water massage his tired and aching muscles, with his eyes closed as he relaxed, he would have seen her peeking around the wall. As it was, he was only alerted to her presence when she spoke his name. He sat up with a start. But not before she would have seen what the Gods had graced him with upon his birth. Perhaps the view had appealed to her as much as the view he had gotten had appealed to him. After all, he was what most would consider gifted in that area. It was thanks to his bloodline.

He blushed slightly, the water was not cold, and so his body was not shriveling up into itself to keep warm. "Yes?" He wasn't exactly saluting her, but his presence was obvious. So if she didn't mention it, neither would he. He gave thought to her question before answering. "I can't speak for everyone. But I know that anyone who is here with the Goddess and her entourage would never harm her. Her father is Venis' best friend, and she considers his family to be hers, even if they don't like that idea. No one who knows this would dare harm her lest they suffer Venis' wrath." He left out the part about how much De'Ryanna hated Venis from the moment that they met.

He slowly moved to the side once again, though he made sure that he was not too close to De'Ryanna, he knew she wasn't one for people getting too close to her without invitation. "There are others here. But there are rules against hunting on the Inn's grounds. The lycanthropes that are here have been pretty much staying in their rooms. And I don't think they would bother anyone. They're just trying to get healthy again. There's a pair of vampires, and I don't know much about them. I think as long as you're on the grounds, there should be no issues." He felt that full disclosure was best in this instance.

His face contorted into a look of reconsideration for a moment. "But in all honesty, I think that anyone who knows anything about the Goddess and her family would be stupid to try anything, on the grounds or off. So you ... And Miss Aybara, should be safe here." At least that was his hope. "I can't make any guarantees though. So if you would feel safer with a guard you can go see Manny Costas in room four oh three. He can get you anything you need. Guards, weapons, armor, whatever you need." He felt better sending her to Manny. If she needed anything, it was best that she go to the right hand of the Goddess. Venis would be happy that he sent her there.

Keven couldn't help but smile when she asked about the name. "Lady, well I presume Lady as her father is technically a Lord. Lady De'Ryanna Aybara, daughter of Lord Gawain Cauthon and Lady Airtia Shadoan Cauthon. Those names alone would be enough to keep most predators and evil doers at bay. But just in case, as I mentioned earlier, she is considered family to Lady Venis Jordianthan, The vampire Goddess of Fire and Protection. So if you feel you're in danger that you cannot handle, just mention those names as your family. It should send your assailant fleeing for their life." He smiled and hoped it was a pleasant smile. He wanted her to relax.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Ryanna Thu Jan 10, 2013 3:06 pm

'Ellisande' would have continued to look at Keven while he was relaxing in the water, that is until she had gotten the full look of him. There wasn't anything wrong with him, not at all, though she had expected for him to be covered by the water and not out for display. That caused a quick drop in her gaze and a tighter hold upon her own cloak, willing to pull it tighter together than it already was. To be on the safe side the girl leaned against the other side of the wall. It wasn't as though Keven wasn't pleasant to look at, but she didn't have the right to look. Besides, entertaining those thoughts was not something she needed to do at the moment. 'Ellisande' hoped that he wouldn't be offended by her retreat; if asked she would chalk it up to it being bad manners to stare at a man to whom she wasn't engaged.

Yes. Yes, that's it. Bad manners.

She waited until she heard movements in the water, that let her know he was moving around, before she peeked back around the divider to look at him. Eyes were being sure to not stray from Keven's face. Hearing the part about being considered family brought a saddened look to 'Ellisande's' face, but this was quickly replaced by curiosity when he had mentioned the lycanthropes. There were Lycan's here in this Inn? 'Ellisande' was not so far from herself to not know that, she too, could be placed in that category.

"Venis?" She said it quietly to herself, lowering her head a tad and looking off to the side, not looking at him. Something of the name struck a cord, as it was something to remember, but it wasn't getting through. Heat behind the thought that was trying to help it push through.

Venis, the Goddess, Manny Costas, the things Keven said all pressed upon her head and there was a slight tightening behind her eyes. This feeling only worsened when he said her name; 'Ellisande' brought a hand up to her head. De'Ryanna, Gawain, Airtia.

She started to rub at her temples. "Aybara isn't Cauthon," said with the slightest hint of strain in her voice. "Why are they different?" She asked it to herself and removed the hand from her head and held it out to him, being careful not to let the action open and leave her exposed. "Don't have to answer." There was a wall there, in her mind she could feel it.

Why would mention of those people cause others to flee for their lives? 'Ellisande' never put much trust in Gods and Goddesses, and that De'Ryanna would be considered family to one; that those three names made others afraid… "Afraid of them…" If it were true, what if the last names were different for protection, found out, and now were trying to kill her? The ragged clothes, the cave, it would make sense. If she was De'Ryanna…

With her head still hurting 'Ellisande' pushed from the wall and ran out of the room.

She had forgotten her shoes.

Thoughts in Springs [open] Empty Re: Thoughts in Springs [open]

Post by Employees of the Goddess Thu Jan 17, 2013 2:53 am

Keven waited as he watched De'Ryanna muddle over the thoughts in her head. He knew she was thinking about what he had told her. He could see it in her body language. Even if her body language was slightly different than the uptight, anally retentive, hard headed, bossy, brazen, alpha bitch he had pseudo-worked for at the Tel'Ranaemyn Inn. He had no problems with that De'Ryanna, but he had a feeling that this De'Ryanna might be a little more palatable. He might not have to walk on egg shells so badly around her now. Though, he had never really gotten in trouble with Head Mistress De'Ryanna either, so he was cool either way.

When she held up a hand and told him that he didn't have to answer her rhetorical question, he had to blush. "I'm sorry, I honestly couldn't even if you wanted me to. I'm ashamed to say that I never bothered to ask. So I honestly don't know." He felt bad at that moment because he had worked for, or at least with, the woman for a year and never took the time to get to know her outside of the way she presented herself to the world around her. Of course, it wasn't like she was a social butterfly who was always about when there was time available for him and the other employees to play for lack of a better term.

He heard her comment about others being afraid of her family. He felt he needed to elaborate a little. "I don't think people are afraid of them all the time. I think it's just that people know that they shouldn't make them angry because it could be bad. The three of them are good people, even Airtia, though she has this personality that makes her seem like she isn't good or nice ever, at all, to anyone. The De'Ryanna I know definitely gets some of her personality traits from her mother. Which isn't exactly a bad thing. But either way, they are good people, nice people, until someone pisses them off. They protect their family with a fierceness few can match. I guess that's why the three of them are such good friends. They're there for each other and their families no matter what." He couldn't help but smile because to Venis, her employees were practically family, and she protected them just as fiercely. He liked that feeling of protection.

Keven was caught off guard when De'Ryanna fled the area without even so much as another word spoken. He thought to ride from the water and give chase, only to reconsider when it occurred to him that he was without clothes. "Wait ..." But she was gone. Which gave him two choices. One would be to go over to where he had his towel and clean clothes awaiting him and then dress and go after her. Or two, which was to let her think about everything and have some time alone to process it. Option two didn't mean that he couldn't seek her out later to check on her. So that was the option he chose. He didn't notice she had left her shoes.

After another hour in the springs, Keven was ready to get out. He was starting to wrinkle up like a prune. He got out, toweled off, got dressed in his clean clothes, and gathered his things. He was headed out of the area when he noticed something left behind on the female side. "Hello? Anyone over there? Just making sure before I pass the wall." Words called out at a slightly elevated tone. He wanted to make sure he was well announced before stumbling upon a naked woman unexpectedly. Hearing no response, he crossed over to the female side and retrieved the pair of shoes left behind. He knew they had to be De'Ryanna's because they hadn't been there when he had come in, and she had been the only female who had been in there since. Placing them in his arm with his laundry he exited the springs.

He made note of the condition of the shoes and wondered to himself if she really was alright or if something was terribly wrong. Suspecting that it was more than just a case of being in hiding, he chose to head to the front desk. Once there, he took a look in the book. He kind of worked there, so it was ok for him to look for a guest if need be. Besides, he had to know what room to send her food to every day, right? He didn't find De'Ryanna or Aybara anywhere in the book. But then again, he didn't think he would. But what he did find was one new name. 'Ellisande'. He checked the room number and then headed off. But he wasn't headed to her room to return her shoes. No, he was headed somewhere else. He knew that if he didn't take immediate care of his suspicions he would be the one facing the wrath of her family. He checked his watch and then headed to where he knew he would find Manny Costas.
