Time t' explore.

Well, Jimmy Ray was all settled in here at the Starry Myst. He kinda liked the place already, least here he could pronounce the name. He had spent the first couple a nights an' days just gettin' used t' his room an' carin' fer his horse. But now it was time t' venture out an' see what there was t' see 'round this place. So from his room he figured he'd head upstairs first. He wasn't too sure 'bout that elevator thingy, so he used the stairs. Maybe there'd be a room open fer him t' peek int' on the upper floors. He was curious 'bout what they'd be lookin' like. 'Course, iffin there wasn't a room open, maybe there'd be a guest up there that'd let him come in an check the place out.

Once he made it up t' the fourth floor, he noticed there was a fifth. So up, up, up he went. After all, might as well start from the top, right? B'sides, what else did he have t' do at the time anyways? When he got up t' the fifth floor, he was confused by the fact that there was only four doors. On this whole floor, only four rooms? Now he knew he had some 'vestigatin' t' do. He walked o'er t' a closed door an' knocked upon it t' see iffin it was occupied. Not gettin' an answer, he jiggled the handle. But it was locked. So he headed fer the next door. He hadn't been so 'venturous at the other place. Heck, he hardly left his room at the other place. It scared him.

Venis had made sure that she had reserved the room that had a view of the stairs and the elevator from her door. Well, the elevator was not the easiest location to see. But it had a bell, so she could get up and go look if she needed a better view.

But that was all relative given that Jimmy Ray used the stairs anyway. She saw him when he came up. She didn't set out to bother him, she just figured he was up here to look around. She smiled as she watched him until he was out of site.

If he got around to her door, he would find it open. The large diamond, ten inches in diameter, held it in place so it wouldn't close. Venis continued to read her book as she listened to him knock upon the doors. He'd get to hers in just a little bit.

Jimmy Ray couldn'ta been too observant, he didn't see the open door when he hit the top o' the stairs. He had gone 'bout knockin' on doors that were closed. But there was only three doors on the floor. So it didn't take long fer him t' reach the open door. He walked up and went t' knock on it. He saw Miss Venis sittin in a chair in her room. He knocked on the door jam instead. "Ahem, howdy Miss Venis. Miss Emilia tol' me ya'lld done moved o'er 'ere. Didn't think I'd be runnin' int' ya though. Sure is a happy surprise though." He lowered his head slightly an' blushed.

He was 'course lookin' fer a tour o' the place. But he wasn't gunna enter a ladies private chambers without bein' asked first. That just wasn't his style. So he waited by the door figurin' he'd done said 'nuff for the moment. He was already embarrassed. 'Course that mighta been on account o' how perty she was. He had a problem with ramblin' on when he was 'round a perty lady. An' there was definitely some perty ladies in Ridin'. Fact, next t' Miss Emilia, Miss Venis was one o' the pertiest. "Course, there was a lotta perty ladies 'round. Maybe he'd get t' meet 'em now.
